"Can you point me toward any good eyeshadow shades for grey eyes? I want something that will actually make the grey pop, instead of emphasizing the blue in my eyes."

For some reason, grey always seems to bring out grey the best!
This “color-complementing” method works just as well as color-contrasting, but is generally easier to pull off for brown and grey eyes. Try Maybelline Charcoal Smokes Quad or similar, and make sure to add some black at the lash lines as this will really help bring out the color of your eyes.
The alternative method (color-contrast technique) you can try is:
Go for blues. Anything with stronger blue tones than your eyes will tend to mute the blue in them, and leave you with the grey. But I’d go for darker blues, as the brighter and paler blues may have a “dulling” effect on your eyes.
