Hi, thanks! No I don’t get extensions. (They’re expensive and high-maintenance so I can’t bother!)
You can try lash serums like the one from L’oreal and Urban Decay (heard this one’s quite good). Our lashes tend have a natural set-point in terms of how long they will grow, and these won’t make your “set-point” longer, but they can help your lashes to fall less and grow to their maximum set-point.
The only serums that are clinically proven to increase the set-point and natural of lashes are products like Lilash, or Latisse. These REALLY work, but these only work as long as you use them, and cost a bomb, so you need to be prepared to pay over $120 for each little tube.
