Hi, I was using the Lime Crime uniliner in Quill.
You can use any brand really. (Bourjois has some really good ones; NYX has an equivalent for a very good price as well) as long as it has that long, fine brush tip because that’s the only way you can get a super-fine, super-black line.
No felt tip liners!
