Step 1: Take any bright hot pink you own and apply it. I’ve spoken about Rimmel’s Color Show Off Lipsticks before, and while I wish they had nudes, browns, oranges and reds instead of just pink tones, this is one of the best and most affordable ranges of super concentrated bright lipsticks.

Step 2: Very, very gently pat hot pink shimmer pigment (try MAC’s Fuschia pigment) over the entire surface of the lips. Then press your lips gently together. You should feel that your lips are perfectly dry, and the pigment is evenly distributed.

And that’s all there is. An intense cool-toned fuchsia that is transfer-proof and completely opaque.
I don’t suggest lip gloss over this as everything will start to slip and slide. A Matte finish will also make the look a little less over the top.
