Electric Blue liner with Bronze Skin

A great way to wear color in hot weather, you will need to find a strong metallic blue liquid liner (something like MAC Liquidlast in Aqualine for lighter skins and Blue Herizon for deeper skins), and lots of voluminous waterproof black mascara (or false lashes if you tend to have downward pointing lashes and frequent smearing).
The skin can be left quite bare and dewy with a champagne sheen, and lips should be kept a very natural shade to keep the focus on the eyes. No shimmer!

Tip: No electric blue liner? Get hold of a strong metallic blue pigment or shadow (scrape a little bit out) and mix it into a sealant (Napoleon Perdis, MAC Fix+, or eye drops) and paint it on as a liquid liner!
