Kelly Osbourne: Lavender Hair, Full Lashes and Mauve Lips —- I think this is probably my favorite look on her so far. This is so anime-bombshell and I love the lazy Marilyn eye her artist did using full, fluttery lashes. If you’re looking for a similar colored lipstick, try MAC Snob (if you’re pale) and NYX Paris if you’re medium to tan. If I could pull off lavender hair, I’d probably give this a shot. But I really don’t think I can. :(
