"if you already answered this, sorry, but could you recommend foundations and concealers that are really good? I have pretty good skin except when it gets hot outide my cheeks get super pink, so i want something that can cover that up, but i dont want heavy, cakey makeup. thanks again."

You might want to just use sensitive skin products from places like Clinique, or just add one thing that is specifically for controlling skin that gets flushed!
If you have good skin, a lightweight concealer with buildable coverage like MAC Select Coverup would be sufficient, and you should always try to match your skin tone unless you have very serious dark circles or spots to cover up.
For cheeks that get flushed, try something like Clinique’s Redness Solutions powder (they have a pressed version) that you can simply smooth on over red areas during the day, and this powder helps to calm your skin and cover the redness at the same time. (It’s not available in all countries outside of the US though, so do check with your local Clinique counter first.)
